Scrip will is a parish wide fundraiser. The really good news is that when you or your family and friends buy Scrip, 50% of the profit goes to the parish and the other 50% can be applied to your tuition. Be sure to tell your family and friends to write your name on the order form so that 50% of their profit can be applied to your tuition.
There is a new schedule for ordering and picking up Scrip orders. A copy can be obtained at the St. Vincent de Paul Parish Office. Over the summer, Scrip orders can be dropped off or picked up after weekend Masses or at the Parish Center Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
March 31 is the last day to purchase SCRIP to receive school tuition credit for the 2016-2017 school year. Credit will come off of your May bill and any remaining balance will be carried -over to the 2017-2018 school year.
1. Place Your Order
- Purchase at the Parish Center Office Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. OR
- Visit Scrip Online
- You need to sign up and give our SVES PTO Perryville, MO enrollment code:
F7BD67157116 OR
- Send complete order form to school OR
- Drop an envelope marked SCRIP along with order form in the weekly Mass
collection basket
2. Paying For Your Order
- Online with Presto Pay or send a check to school or drop a check in the collection
basket (all orders must be accompanied with a check before any order is filled)
3. Order Pick-up
- Send home with student OR
- Pick up at the Parish Center after 11:00 a.m. on Friday OR
- Pick up after Mass on the weekend
We do try to keep a minimum amount of scrip inventory. Please keep in mind it is a limited amount and on any given day we could run out of certain vendors. It is not advantageous for the volunteers to order small amounts daily since we have shipping cost involved. The inventory is refilled according to the schedule posted in the student planner, and can also be found on the bottom of the order forms, on the back of the envelopes your orders are sent home in and at shop with scrip.com. Best scenario is keep an eye on the calendar place you orders accordingly and be guaranteed the scrip you need. If you miss placing your order and need to purchase scrip, it may be purchased after all weekend Masses.
One special note over the last several years we have had many people call me for "Large" ($500 +) amounts of scrip, for instance a washer/dryer purchase, refrigerator, lawn mower, etc. It is possible to purchase LARGE amounts from local vendors quickly, please call Susan if this is needed.
As always we ask that you keep in mind that Scrip along with many other events are accomplished with the help of numerous volunteers that contribute countless hours throughout the school year. Any extra time you might have to volunteer sorting, highlighting, filling, or handing out orders would be greatly appreciated. Please send your name and telephone number to school.
